  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the start of each project
  • Delays caused by incomplete client requirements or feedback may extend timelines
  • We strive to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Animesh Patra from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of a service engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

10. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
